We have Cream bases & Water based liquid ones too. We have developed the Base, concealers and powders in my Studio where we custom blend colors for clients and experiment with different textures. Let me know if you have any particular problems and we will advise you and make adjustments to the product. Our Cream Blush colors blend imperceptibly giving a natural glow. They can be worn under your powder blush.
